Terms of service

These terms apply when a garage ("you") uses AdToro Auto (the "service") provided by AdToro Performance Marketing Private Limited ("we"). By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your business.

1. The service

The service is web software for running a vehicle repair garage: customers and vehicles, appointments, job cards, inspections, estimates, customer approvals, invoices, payments records, parts, staff time, expenses, reports and messaging aids. Features depend on your plan, as listed on the pricing page.

2. Accounts and staff

The person who signs up is the account owner and is responsible for all activity under the garage account, including staff logins they create. Keep passwords and PINs private and deactivate staff who leave.

3. Free trial and subscription

New garages get a 14-day free trial. After the trial you buy a plan for one month or twelve months at the price shown when you pay. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; you pay again to continue. If a subscription ends, your account becomes read-only until you renew; we do not delete your data because of a lapse.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are in Indian rupees. Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter, including your customers' details. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export customers, vehicles, jobs, invoices and inventory at any time. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' details and for messages you send to them.

6. Online payments from your customers

On plans that include online payments, you connect your own Razorpay account. Those payments go directly to your Razorpay account under your agreement with Razorpay; we are not a party to them and do not hold the money.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other garages' data, no sending messages to people who have not agreed to receive them, and no interference with the service's operation.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and to back up data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that reduce what your paid plan includes.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are unpaid, after notice where reasonable. On request after closure we will delete your data, except records we must keep by law.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
