How AdToro Auto keeps your garage’s records private, correct and yours.
Separate records for every garage
Each garage’s data is kept apart, and every request is checked on the server for the garage, the person’s role and the plan.
Roles that limit what people see
Mechanics never receive prices, costs or customer phone numbers. Service advisors never receive costs, expenses or reports.
Passwords and PINs
Passwords and PINs are stored as salted hashes, never as text. Five wrong attempts lock the account for 15 minutes.
Secure sessions
Sign-in uses secure, HTTP-only cookies over HTTPS. Requests from other websites are blocked.
Payments
Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay, not by us. Online payments are marked paid only after the payment signature is verified on our server.
Your own payment keys
Pro garages connect their own Razorpay account. The secret key is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Customer links
Customer pages use long random links that expire and can be switched off by the garage at any time.
Audit log
Every change to a record is logged with the person and time.
Export and ownership
You can export customers, vehicles, jobs, invoices and stock as CSV whenever you want. A lapsed subscription makes the account read-only and never deletes data.

Data is stored with our hosting provider, which may be outside India, with encryption in transit. See the privacy policy for details.
